Returns & Refunds

I offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging

  • Include original receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, contact me.
If approved, you’ll receive instructions for return shipping. Please note:

  • Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense

  • Returns sent without approval will not be accepted

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damages, Losses & Delivery Issues

  • All shipments include a tracking number

  • I am not responsible for lost, delayed, or expired tracking shipments once dispatched

  • If the tracking shows “Delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled

  • Any postal damage or mishandling after dispatch is beyond our control

Duties & Import Taxes – What You Need to Know

Orders are shipped from Sweden (EU). If you're located outside the EU – including countries like the UK, USA, Norway, Switzerland, or Canada – your order may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not offer refunds for orders that are delayed, held, or rejected by customs.

📦 Common import thresholds:

  • 🇺🇸 USA – Duty-free under $800 USD

  • 🇬🇧 UK – VAT applies over £15, customs duties over £135

  • 🇳🇴 Norway – VAT may apply on any amount.

  • 🌍 Other countries – Fees often apply for values over $20–$50 USD

Please check with your local customs office before placing your order if you have any concerns about potential charges.

Local Laws & Restrictions

Buyers are responsible for knowing their country’s import laws.
If customs seizes or destroys your order due to local regulations, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
