Returns & Refunds
I offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
To qualify:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging

Include original receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, contact me.
If approved, you’ll receive instructions for return shipping. Please note:

Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damages, Losses & Delivery Issues

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the postal carrier, delivery times and handling are the responsibility of the shipping provider.

Duties & Import Taxes – What You Need to Know
All orders ship from Sweden with PostNord tracked delivery. International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs duties depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not offer refunds for orders that are delayed, held, or rejected by customs.
Please check with your local customs office before placing your order if you have any concerns about potential charges.

If customs seizes or destroys your order due to local regulations, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
