Right of Withdrawal
RETURN & REFUND POLICY — 30-DAY RETURNS
We accept eligible returns within 30 days from the day the goods are received.
Returned products must be returned in accordance with the conditions below. Certain products may be excluded from the voluntary return policy, including goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized products.
This 30-day return policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — EU/EEA CONSUMERS
Under applicable EU consumer protection rules, consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from the day the goods are received, without giving any reason. Certain exceptions may apply.
HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OR RETURN AN ITEM
To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision within the 14-day statutory withdrawal period.
For returns made under our extended return policy, please contact us within 30 days from the day the goods are received.
You may use the EU standard withdrawal form provided below when exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, but use of the standard form is not mandatory.
Please include:
- Your name
- Order number
- Contact information
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Date the order was received
After notifying us of a statutory withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you communicated your decision to withdraw.
For returns under our extended 30-day return policy, please follow the return instructions provided when you contact us.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Please pack returned products securely to help prevent damage during return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable return shipping method and retaining proof of shipment until the return has been completed.
CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS
For returns under our 30-day return policy, products must be returned in their original condition and, where applicable, with their original packaging, accessories and tags.
For the statutory EU right of withdrawal, you may inspect the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
REFUNDS
When a return or statutory withdrawal is accepted, the applicable refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
For statutory EU withdrawals, payments received for the returned goods will be reimbursed, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order. Any additional delivery cost resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping method does not have to be reimbursed.
For statutory withdrawals, the refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. For goods, reimbursement may be withheld until the returned goods have been received or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
EXCEPTIONS
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to certain purchases under applicable consumer law. This may include, among other exceptions, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized products.
Certain products may also be excluded from our voluntary 30-day return policy where stated on the relevant product page or where permitted by applicable law.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is defective, damaged, or does not correspond to what was ordered.

You may use the official standard withdrawal form to notify us of your decision to withdraw. Use of the standard form is not mandatory.
