Return & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, you'll receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All return parcels' shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages, Losses & Issues

All orders will be shipped with a tracking code. I do not take any responsibility in a lost or stuck order, or an order with an expired tracking code.

Rest assured, all our parcels are packed in the best condition as possible, to meet or exceed all postal shipping standards. Unfortunately, we cannot account for how your package was handled once it left our hands. We can't be responsible for any lost or damaged parcels shipped.

If your order has been tracked and marked as "DELIVERED" by the courier service, we consider your order to be delivered, and cannot be held responsible for any loss of your order.

If in some way, we made a mistake fulfilling the orders, please get in touch with us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Should the mail service have your order lost, stuck at one place or its tracking expired, please contact your local post service at first hand, then you can contact me at if you have any further questions.

Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs. If your parcel is withheld by your authority, please get in touch with them directly to remedy the situation.

Regulations & Restrictions

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of Sweden) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If the product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.
